TERM AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING ACCESS TO PRBI SYSTEM (the ‘Software’)
Every User ID for the Software will be issued a temporary password. The User is advised to change the password upon first login. If the password is exposed or suspected to guest the passwords is strictly prohibited at no time and under no circumstances should passwords be revealed to other parties.
All access is limited to Management approved use only. A User shall be liable for any legal and/or unauthorized access or usage of the Software.
The right to use the Software is not transferable. You may not assign or transfer access to the Software to anyone else.
The Software contains material which is owned by or licensed to PETRONAS. This includes, but is not limited to, the source codes, process flow, calculation formula, design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. You may not reproduce, redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software by any means whatsoever.
The PRBI Logo belongs to PETRONAS and may not be used, copied, or reproduced in any way without written consent from PETRONAS.
The stand-alone version of the Software is to be installed on PETRONAS workstations and/or servers only.
The Software is a PETRONAS institutionalize Capability tool and PETRONAS retains all rights, title and interest in and to the intellectual property in the Software. The User acknowledges that the Software and all information contained in and pertaining to it, is the sole and exclusive property PETRONAS. The Software and any related information and documentation shall be kept in the strictest confidence.
PETRONAS reserves the right to monitor, investigate and record User’s computing activities once he/she logs on to the PRBI system. In the event of any suspected or prover violations of these Terms and Conditions, PETRONAS reserves the right to revoke any access without prior notice.
The User ID together with its temporary password will be e-mailed to the applicant upon satisfactory consideration of the application.
In the event that a User does not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, no User will be granted or the User’s existing User ID will be revoked, whichever is applicable.
PETRONAS reserves the right to add, delete or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to the User.
